The Entertainment Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and successful execution of assigned live entertainment performances and special events. Working under the direction of Entertainment Management and in partnership with the Production Services Shift Manager, the Entertainment Supervisor ensures that all non-technical aspects of assigned events are executed with the highest degree of professionalism while providing exceptional service to artists, promoters, guests, and internal stakeholders. This position does not make decisions related to event technical production. The Entertainment Supervisor oversees the coordination and execution of assigned events, including artist hospitality and advancing, ticketing operations, acquisition of creative assets, submission of advertising creative requests when needed, contract and rider processing, front-of-house staffing, and day-of-show operations. The position supervises assigned Entertainment Coordinators and Event Representatives while coordinating with Production Services and other supporting departments to ensure seamless event execution. In addition to event supervision responsibilities, the Entertainment Supervisor must be capable of assisting with the setup, operation, removal, and maintenance of Production Services equipment as needed to support assigned events. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
