About The Position
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the setup and teardown of performer equipment, operating a spotlight, running sound and light boards for lounge bands, ensuring performers' beverage needs are met, and assisting with seating and ushering duties for Showroom Entertainment.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, internal and external alike.
- Load-in and set-up of performer’s equipment.
- Operate spotlight as required by performing artists.
- Run the sound and light boards for lounge bands in Club 41.
- Ensure that all beverage containers are filled for performers.
- Help with seating and ushering duties for Showroom Entertainment as needed.
- Tear down and load-out of performer’s equipment after last performance.
