Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior performance experience in theater, improv, hosting, or character acting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about serving others
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
  • Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • This position requires consistent availability for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening shifts, as well as Sunday morning shifts, on an ongoing basis. Candidates must be able to reliably work these required shifts as part of the regular schedule expectations for the role. Availability for these shifts is a condition of employment for this position. This availability is also an essential function of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established steps of service to guide guests into the theater efficiently and safely
  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members
  • Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations
  • Ensure all theater, stage, and seating areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Assist with seating and provide information about the venue, show, and facilities
  • Monitor and manage crowd flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety
  • Work closely with performers, venue technicians, and security to ensure smooth show transitions
  • Organize and transport props, ensuring they are in optimal condition for each show
  • Help patrons with lost items, directing them to the appropriate personnel for assistance
  • Report any safety hazards, spills, or technical issues to management or maintenance staff
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Entertainment Leadership based on business needs
