About The Position

If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you! This is a full-time position where hours may vary and weekend availability is required. In this position, your main responsibilities will include assisting with the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents. This includes developing the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library. You will also be responsible for driving residents to events and assisting them with entering and exiting the community vehicle.

Requirements

A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our residents
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members
Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
Strong customer service skills are required
