About The Position

To maintain a high level of guest service while providing guest service and support to the Marketing, Security, and other departments as needed. This includes assisting with the setup/tear downs of indoor and outdoor entertainment functions (i.e. concerts, drive-in movie theatre), promotions, special holiday events, team member recognition events, and tribal functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
  • One (1) year previous guest service experience.
  • Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with guests and large groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced, high-conflict environment.
  • High level of service ethics with proven customer relations skills.
  • Ability to provide a positive experience when interacting with guests and team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to respond effectively to all inquiries and complaints, including sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with other team members in providing guest information, assistance, and service.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic documents and logs.
  • Demonstrated professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and staff.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.

  • One (1) year of retail experience in a high paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests upon entrance to events, conferences, or concerts, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Scan tickets and guide guests to their designated seats.
  • Direct guests to exits, bathrooms, and concession areas, ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide assistance with special needs, including helping guests with wheelchairs.
  • Assist with event setup and tear-down as required, contributing to the smooth operation of events.
  • Guide patrons to exits and provide instructions during emergencies, adhering to all safety rules.
  • Assist guests with beverage conversion from glass to plastic for safety reasons.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, promptly disposing of debris in trash receptacles.
  • Assist techs, setup crews, and other departments as needed to ensure the success of the event.
  • Assist with selling tour merchandise during events.
  • Thank guests upon departure from events or the casino & hotel, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support event operations.
