About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for our client in the airline industry. This role requires a seasoned program leader with a strong background in security management, compliance, governance, and large-scale program delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven airline industry experience and the ability to successfully manage executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and enterprise transformation efforts from planning through execution.

  • Strong background delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Expertise in project financial management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise transformation programs supporting strategic business and technology initiatives.
  • Manage large, cross-functional projects focused on security, compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and executive status reports.
  • Drive implementation planning while coordinating business, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  • Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Manage project financials, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate custom development initiatives and ensure solutions meet business and security requirements.
