About The Position

Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Program Coordination Co-op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will provide program execution coordination for large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including initiatives such as S/4HANA migration and other cross-functional strategic programs. You will support program leadership by improving transparency, strengthening governance practices, increasing execution rigor, and helping reduce delivery risk while improving predictability and business readiness.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in business and technology transformation, process improvement, and digital initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts such as planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
  • Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, co-op, project, or work experience in project coordination, business analysis, IT delivery, supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred), change management, process documentation, training coordination, or governance activities.
  • Experience developing project plans, dashboards, scorecards, leadership reports, RAID logs, or dependency trackers.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Relevant coursework, certifications, or training in project management, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Support program execution coordination for large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including S/4HANA migration and other cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain integrated program plans by tracking milestones, key activities, dependencies, decision points, and readiness needs across workstreams.
  • Document and manage RAID items, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, and help ensure owners, due dates, and follow-ups are clear.
  • Prepare milestone, dependency, and status communications that help program leaders and stakeholders understand progress, blockers, and upcoming decisions.
  • Support executive reporting preparation by collecting updates, organizing content, validating data quality, and formatting materials for leadership reviews.
  • Maintain program governance documentation, including meeting materials, decision logs, action registers, operating rhythms, and process guidance.
  • Assist with training and adoption materials that help project teams follow program governance standards and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate program meetings, governance forums, and workstream check-ins by preparing agendas, capturing notes, tracking decisions, and organizing follow-up.
  • Help identify gaps in execution discipline, documentation quality, and readiness tracking, then recommend practical improvements to program leadership.
  • Promote consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across transformation programs through strong coordination, organization, and follow-through.
