Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise systems in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL, system integration, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial platforms.
  • Ensure system performance, availability, and scalability to meet business needs.
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Lead system implementation projects including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate upgrades and patches with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements or replacements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all enterprise systems.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with departments to standardize data entry and reporting practices.
  • Work with finance, HR, operations, and other departments to understand system needs and optimize workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to system users.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, licenses, and service level agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business intelligence
  • Support decision-making with accurate and timely data insights.
  • Ensure reporting tools are aligned w/ business KPIs & systems comply with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR)
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
