The Aerospace Corporation is the trusted partner to the nation’s space programs, solving the hardest problems and providing unmatched technical expertise. As the operator of a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC), we are broadly engaged across all aspects of space— delivering innovative solutions that span satellite, launch, ground, and cyber systems for defense, civil and commercial customers. When you join our team, you’ll be part of a special collection of problem solvers, thought leaders, and innovators. Join us and take your place in space. Join our cutting-edge team at Goddard Space Flight Center, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Lunar Communications Relay and Navigation Systems (LCRNS) Project, NASA's infrastructure for sustainable lunar exploration. As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you'll lead independent testing efforts that verify mission-critical Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) requirements, bridging the gap between high-level mission objectives and hands-on hardware validation using advanced RF test equipment and automated test frameworks. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape test strategies for lunar navigation systems while collaborating directly with vendors and government teams to advance humanity's return to the Moon. This is a full-time position based at either the Goddard Space Flight Center or our Aerospace office in Greenbelt, MD, offering a hybrid work model that combines 4 regular onsite workdays with remote flexibility as business needs allow.
