The Enterprise Systems and Integrations Specialist is responsible for administering the organization’s IT infrastructure and integrations. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across all company locations while assisting in development of integrations, automation, infrastructure projects and supports department/company initiatives. This role will report full time out of our Draper, UT location.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field minimum. Equivalent experience considered.
1-2 years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure support.
1-2 years Software development experience.
Microsoft Azure administration and cloud infrastructure management.
GitHub, team-based software development.
Familiar with REST API calls and testing via apps like Postman.
VEEAM Backup & Replication and Azure Backup solutions.
MS-SQL, Oracle/SQL experience.
Familiar with PowerShell scripting, Power Automate and Power BI.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work with a team when developing software solutions.
Able to connect with other departments for automation development and support.

Nice To Haves

Javascript and Python experience preferred.
Experience with Boomi and/or Databricks preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer company IT infrastructure including on-premise and cloud systems.
Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments.
Assist with Cisco networking infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Maintain and monitor VEEAM Backup & Replication systems.
Monitor Azure Microsoft Backup solutions to ensure data protection and recovery readiness.
Ensure system uptime, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.
Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Establish project timelines, milestones, and documentation standards.
Minimize operational disruption during implementations.
Assist leadership with IT compliance audits and documentation requirements.
Ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory standards.
Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
Maintain accurate infrastructure and security documentation.
Visit field locations to support infrastructure deployments and complex troubleshooting.
Ensure remote sites align with corporate IT standards.
Administer automated processes and application data integrations.
Maintain business applications and user access.
Participate in IT budgeting and cost management discussions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking.
Provide after-hours or emergency support as required.
