About The Position

As an Enterprise Supply Chain Management Intern, you will help support DTCC's sourcing, contracting, supplier oversight, and purchasing operations. Your work may support vendor onboarding, requisition-to-purchase-order processes, supplier and contract documentation, sourcing analysis, and process improvement, giving you practical exposure to procurement, third-party risk, supplier management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. At DTCC, interns contribute to meaningful work while learning how the financial markets operate behind the scenes. You will be part of a structured summer experience that combines team-based project work, training, feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to connect with leaders and peers. The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed to build a strong foundation for early-career talent. The program includes orientation, training, manager engagement, feedback milestones, networking, and development experiences that help students explore potential full-time career paths, including EDGE where applicable.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date: Spring 2028
  • Minimum GPA: 3.2
  • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work with data, documentation, and stakeholder requests with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities by helping review business requests, supplier information, pricing/service agreements, and related documentation.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, requisition, purchase order, and purchasing activity reviews to help ensure goods and services are routed through appropriate suppliers and processes.
  • Partner with Enterprise Supply Chain Management teammates and internal business customers to understand needs, gather information, track open items, and support clear follow-through.
  • Help document process updates, lessons learned, and recommendations that improve transparency, consistency, and the intern experience.
