We’re seeking a sharp, trusted, and highly autonomous Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help drive NinjaOne’s expansion into the enterprise market. This is a builder role—your chance to shape how we engage complex accounts, scale technical wins, and define what great looks like in enterprise pre-sales. You’ll own the full technical sales cycle—from discovery and architecture through proof-of-concept and implementation—while partnering closely with AEs to influence deal strategy and deliver real-world impact. You won’t just run demos—you’ll build the playbooks, tools, and repeatable processes that help us scale. If you’ve done this before in B2B SaaS, thrive in high-stakes environments, and want your work to directly shape the next chapter of NinjaOne’s growth, we’d love to hear from you. We are flexible on remote work from home if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, NJ, NC, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA. Priority will be given to applicants who reside in the following cities or are willing to relocate unassisted: Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, Tampa, Raleigh, Charlotte, St. Louis Metro (IL residence required), Chicago Metro, and Atlanta. Travel Requirement: Up to 30%, including strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
