REP Fitness•Westminster, CO
•$160,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

REP is a growing fitness equipment and lifestyle brand expanding from direct-to-consumer ecommerce into retail showrooms, commercial and dealer sales, marketplaces, and UK and European operations. The Enterprise Solutions Architect will lead the systems-architecture shift needed to support these channels from shared inventory, order, product, and customer foundations. This senior individual contributor defines system ownership, data-mastering rules, integration patterns, and target architecture across REP’s systems. The role provides design authority for programs including order management and product information management, evaluates system and vendor fit, and reviews implementation-partner designs against architectural requirements. It partners closely with the Engineering Manager - Shopify to align the commerce platform with operational systems such as NetSuite and warehouse and transportation management, and serves as a senior systems partner to channel, operations, and finance leaders. The position has a dotted-line relationship with the Director of Data & AI and works alongside the NetSuite Platform Architect and IT Project Manager. It has no direct reports, day-to-day support duties, or ticket queue. The position is based at REP’s headquarters in a hybrid work environment, with a minimum of three days in the office and flexibility around which days and hours. Travel is up to 15%, including retail locations, US distribution centers, partner workshops, and occasional travel to UK and European operations.

  • Partner with the Engineering Manager - Shopify to align the commerce platform and operational systems, jointly owning their interfaces, including order flow, inventory availability, and product and customer data across channels.
  • Lead discovery with channel, operations, and finance leaders; distinguish business problems from requested solutions and translate needs into target-state and functional designs with options, costs, and trade-offs.
  • Set architecture and acceptance criteria for partner-delivered programs, including cross-channel scenarios such as store pickup, ship-from-store, and cross-channel returns.
  • Review implementation-partner design deliverables against architecture and acceptance criteria, accepting or returning designs before build begins.
