About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Service Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret Eligible required
• U.S. Citizenship required
• DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
• Certifications (one or more required): Security+ / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
• Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in leading enterprise collaboration and hosting environments within DoD or Federal networks.
• Proven experience in platform governance, site collection administration, and lifecycle sustainment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage platform upgrades and migrations.
• Experience in integrating collaboration services with security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise SharePoint service operations, ensuring effective platform governance and site collection management.
• Develop and enforce configuration management standards to optimize platform performance and sustain lifecycle management.
• Oversee platform updates and ensure secure collaboration capabilities in alignment with DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Coordinate modernization, migration, and integration initiatives to support scalable collaboration environments.
• Implement access control measures to maintain secure and compliant SharePoint environments.
• Integrate collaboration services with identity and security architectures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with RMF requirements and STIG guidance for information management.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and practices to enhance mission-critical collaboration capabilities.
