About The Position

The Enterprise Sales role within the Salesforce practice is responsible for generating new business through individual prospecting and sales leads. This position involves preparing and presenting go-to-market strategies, setting quarterly targets, and devising organic growth strategies. The role focuses on targeting net new customer acquisitions and retaining key customers, as well as developing channel partnerships for flagship opportunities to meet annual bookings plans. Collaboration with the Salesforce practice lead is crucial to achieve revenue targets and maintain customer satisfaction, including measuring and maintaining Net Promoter Score (NPS). The individual will also act as a key industry spokesperson within the Salesforce community.

Requirements

  • Established track-record of engaging clients on Salesforce consulting, implementation, development, integration, migration and support related services.
  • Very strong Sales experience, having worked on very large, very complex deals covering a variety of solutions and client requirements.
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Documented experience architecting and closing large, consultative, complex solution sales deals for midsize to large corporations.
  • Documented quota attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM and digital commerce ecosystem with experience and success in closing deals.
  • Thought Leader/SME in Salesforce space, and/or client industry knowledge.
  • Technical expertise/ sales-based project management experience.
  • History of success working within an individual and team environments.
  • Collaborative within team, leadership, and cross-functional teams to harness and drive new business.
  • Ability to pursue and lead through influence and experience.
  • Innovative and creative: motivated to drive new business logos.
  • Possess the drive, knowledge, and skill to prospect and qualify new business initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills.
  • History delivering engaging executive-level sales presentations to cross-functional groups.
  • 7 - 10 years Enterprise Sales experience.
  • 5+ Years Salesforce Selling Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business through individual prospecting and sales leads.
  • Preparing and presenting a go-to-market strategy.
  • Setting quarterly targets to be accomplished during the year.
  • Devising and executing organic growth strategy.
  • Spotting opportunities, targeting net new customer acquisitions and key customer retentions.
  • Developing channel partnerships on key flagship opportunities.
  • Ensuring the bookings plan is met annually.
  • Working closely with the Salesforce practice lead to ensure revenue targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Measuring and maintaining NPS score.
  • Acting as a figurehead and key industry spokesperson within the Salesforce community.
  • Documenting need analysis and any custom requirements and working with Damco's Salesforce practice team.
  • Preparing estimations and proposals for customers.
  • Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
  • Providing direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client's business.
  • Responsible for closing business and getting orders to gain month-on-month progress.
  • Seeking RFI/ RFP opportunities for Salesforce contracts and working with the team to prepare and submit the bids.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Handshaking with the product implementation team to provide understanding on customer requirements to assist a smooth implementation.
  • Owning and delivering to revenue targets, including the targeting of net new customers acquisitions.
  • Pursuing and qualifying new business initiatives.
