The Enterprise Sales Specialist will provide industry and product expertise to facilitate deals. The goal of this position will be to drive revenue and market development for Vector Professional Growth Suite products through the Education business unit.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience with EDU SaaS products
  • Distinguished knowledge of Vector Professional Growth Suite products
  • Experience with Career and Technical Education
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales process
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive incremental revenue growth through current customers by upselling and cross-selling Vector’s CTE Suite.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting our software's key advantages, features, and value propositions.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition.
  • Communicate with customers to identify and understand the issues they are trying to address; identify and suggest solutions to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate and clearly differentiate Vector Solutions’ products from the competition, focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with existing B2B sales teams to leverage resources.
  • Communicate product feedback and escalations to appropriate internal teams for mitigation and strategy planning.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; active in resolution to issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
