Enterprise Sales Manager

A Full Service Digital Commerce Agency•Covina, CA

About The Position

Seeking a self-sourcing sales representative to sell the company’s platform to US omnichannel retailers across pharmacy, grocery, food and beverage, apparel, and beauty. The role builds its own pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals; runs discovery and product demonstrations with senior buyers; and owns the full sales cycle through a signed agreement. The Enterprise Sales Manager represents the product in retail forums and conferences, works with product and technical colleagues at headquarters on sales materials and prospect requirements, shares market feedback to inform the product roadmap, and maintains accurate CRM records and forecasts. The role involves collaborating with a distributed team in India, including some calls early in the US morning or late in the US evening.

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of B2B software sales experience, including at least 3 years in closing roles such as Account Executive.
  • Direct experience selling SaaS to marketing, martech, or adtech buyers.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and events rather than relying on inbound leads or an SDR team.
  • Strong demonstration skills, including the ability to run a live product demo and explain how the technology works in business language.
  • Comfort collaborating with a distributed team in India, including some calls early in the US morning or late in the US evening.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to omnichannel retailers, consumer brands, or direct-to-consumer companies.
  • A network among US retail digital, ecommerce, or technology leaders.
  • Familiarity with retail technology, including ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and customer data and engagement tools such as Segment, Braze, Klaviyo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience selling AI, machine learning, personalization, analytics, or data products and explaining them to non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and work a target-account list of US omnichannel retailers using outbound email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, referrals, and events.
  • Represent the product at industry forums, retail associations, and conferences, and turn attendance into meetings and sales conversations.
  • Conduct discovery and product demonstrations with CMOs, ecommerce and digital leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and operations leaders.
  • Map buying groups and build deals with multiple champions.
  • Own the sales process end to end: qualify, scope, propose, negotiate, and guide prospects through security and procurement reviews to signed agreements.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams at headquarters to create collateral, proposals, case studies, and pilot scopes, and define each prospect’s data and integration needs.
  • Collect feedback about objections, competitors, pricing, and feature gaps, and share it regularly to inform the product roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast realistically, and report on pipeline weekly.
