Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across target markets (USA, APAC, Middle East, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects in AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud domains
  • Leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, events, and personal networks to drive opportunities
  • Initiate and manage outbound sales efforts (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers (CXO, VP, Directors)
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and project scope
  • Clearly articulate Naveera’s offerings in Generative AI & AI/ML solutions, Data Engineering & Modern Data Stack, Cloud & Digital Transformation services
  • Align client pain points with tailored solution proposals
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain CRM updates, track deal progress, and forecast revenue pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams for proposals, estimations, and solutioning
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor for AI/Data transformation initiatives
  • Drive repeat business and account expansion opportunities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets
  • Improve conversion rates from lead → qualified opportunity → closure
  • Continuously optimize outreach and sales strategies
  • Stay updated on enterprise AI, data engineering, and cloud trends
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and industry verticals
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market demand and competitive positioning
