About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive significant growth by expanding market share with large enterprise clients in a defined geographic territory. You will focus on developing and executing enterprise sales strategies, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with decision-makers. The position emphasizes cross-selling, leveraging strategic partnerships, and presenting compelling solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate with internal teams across proposal, implementation, and service delivery to ensure a seamless client experience. This is a remote position with occasional travel, offering the chance to make a measurable impact on the business while working in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of strategic selling experience to F2000 companies, consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles ($500K+ ARR) and working with HR leaders or equivalent decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, consumer-directed solutions, and broker/consultant ecosystems.
  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling through channels and collaborating in team-based sales environments.
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions, respond to RFPs, and present compelling value propositions.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 30% or more as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise sales strategies to position solutions as leading offerings for large enterprise clients.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, targeting executives and HR leadership to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including proposal, service delivery, relationship management, legal, and sales operations.
  • Partner with brokers, health plans, and third-party stakeholders to expand market reach and secure new opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare benefits, and regulatory requirements to advise clients effectively.
