The Director, ERM Technology Strategy, is responsible for defining and driving the long-term strategy for technology enablement within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This role provides strategic leadership across the ERM technology landscape, establishing a unified vision for the respective ERM Programs (Stress Testing, Limit Management, Digital Assets & AI, Risk Identification etc.) and associated platform capabilities, ERM Data domain, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support the firm's risk management objectives. This role leads the development of roadmaps and the vision for the target-state business capabilities. This includes a standardized and consistent operating model for ERM program-related activities performed within each Risk segment and how cross‑segment solution designs are developed. The strategy for ERM will focus on driving portfolio rationalization, simplification, business process integration, and modernization efforts across key capabilities, including Scenario Manager, CST, MEP, MyRisk/ERDL, BCBS-239 reporting and related risk management platforms. The role ensures technology investments are aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture/data standards while delivering measurable value and operational efficiency. Working closely with senior leaders across Risk, Finance, Compliance, Technology, Data, and Enterprise Architecture, establishing strategic priorities, oversees product investments, and guides the evolution of the ERM portfolio. The role serves as the primary bridge between business strategy and technology design, ensuring that product management and technology delivery teams are positioned to successfully execute the ERM vision.
