About The Position

Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout our locations. Requirements

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Responsibilities

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management
• Minimize the loss of merchandise
• Protect our people, our clients, and our communities
• Ensure the security of our physical assets
• Preserve and safeguard confidential information
