As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst, you will help turn risk data into clear, useful reporting that leaders can act on with confidence. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of Truliant’s enterprise risk analytics function, with a focus on Key Risk Indicator dashboards, risk reporting, data governance, and analytics based research. You’ll work closely with business partners to help surface emerging risks, strengthen reporting, and support informed decision making across the credit union. Day to day, you’ll: Develop and maintain KRI dashboards and risk reporting that help monitor risk exposures across the credit union. Partner with business units to source, validate, and improve the quality of risk related data inputs. Analyze emerging risks, trends, and risk indicators to support enterprise risk assessments, Executive Leadership reporting, and Board level discussions. Beyond that, your work will include collaborating with Finance, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to improve risk data governance, support risk analytics projects, and contribute to the ongoing maturity of Truliant’s ERM framework.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in risk analytics, data analysis, quantitative modeling, or process driven risk management.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and interpret dashboards or reports using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze risk data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for business and leadership audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments to gather, validate, and govern risk related data.
  • Understanding of risk management regulations or frameworks, such as NCUA, FFIEC, or COSO.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present information clearly and follow through on reporting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field required.
  • Comfortable working with evolving information, balancing multiple priorities, and helping stakeholders understand what the data is showing and why it matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with capital or operational stress testing concepts.
  • Exposure to model development, model validation, or model governance.
  • A master’s degree in a quantitative or risk related discipline.
  • Experience within financial services, banking, or credit union environments.
