About The Position

Join Everforth Apex Systems as an Enterprise Risk Reporting & Analytics Consultant and play a pivotal role in transforming risk management reporting for a leading banking partner. As part of the Risk & Controls Center of Excellence, you will modernize executive dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver actionable analytics to shape strategic decisions at the highest level. This fully remote role offers hands-on experience with the latest BI tools, complex data environments, and the opportunity to directly impact organizational risk practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or dashboard development within financial services or regulated industries
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development skills
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience building reports from the ground up
• Experience with data aggregation, mapping, lineages, and quality controls
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Excel, SharePoint, Data Warehouse Solutions, and GRC Platforms
• Proven ability to translate business/risk requirements into actionable reporting and governance documentation
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leaders

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience supporting First Line Risk, Operational Risk, Controls, Audit, or Governance teams
• Familiarity with RCSA, Issues Management, KRIs, Operational Risk Events, Regulatory Findings, and Control Testing
• Background in large regional banks or Category III banking environments
• Experience establishing reporting governance frameworks and automating dashboard refresh cycles

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and related platforms
• Develop scalable, automated reporting processes that meet the needs of executive leadership, risk committees, and Board stakeholders
• Aggregate and analyze data from diverse sources, including data marts and enterprise repositories, to deliver consolidated risk insights
• Create drill-down, interactive visualizations covering risk categories, business lines, products, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement data aggregation logic, SQL queries, and data models to support comprehensive reporting
• Produce risk heat maps, trend reports, and scorecards to identify emerging risks and key performance indicators
• Partner with risk, controls, governance, and business line teams to gather requirements and standardize reporting methodologies
• Establish and execute reporting quality controls, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
• Document data lineage, reporting standards, operating procedures, and governance artifacts
