Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for working leads provided by our Digital Agent and Corporate Partners.

Requirements

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
• Legally authorized to work the United States
• Experience in a call center
• Experience in the personal lines industry
• Expertise in the sales process and methodologies
• Ability to balance a rigid schedule
• Ability to learn a script
• Ability to work collaboratively with people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Strong written communication abilities
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Self-motivated
• Capable of working independently
