Support the identification, prioritization, development, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities for assigned business areas Support the organization to identify, define, document, and prioritize requirements of information systems and ensure work is completed as per project schedules Coordinate hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure work is properly performed in accordance with company policy Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex system issues Work with functional users to recommend appropriate training, communication and scheduling as systems are deployed
