About The Position

NTT Data is looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves administering and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent functions. The advisor will manage security roles, access, and provisioning, and conduct periodic access reviews. They will also support Oracle quarterly releases, including testing, impact assessments, and deployment. Key responsibilities include managing HCM environments, configurations, migrations, and change control processes, as well as providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with vendors. The role requires partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable HCM solutions and maintaining SaaS governance, compliance, audit controls, and SOX-related documentation. Additionally, the advisor will monitor system health, document procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of enterprise HCM application administration experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle security administration, release management, environment management, and production support.
  • 8+ Experience supporting U.S.-based HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS governance, compliance, audit, and SOX control requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and external vendors.
  • 5+ Experience operating in a highly controlled enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or major transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, reporting, or third-party HCM integrations.
  • Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with audit remediation, controls testing, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
