About The Position

Radiology Partners is seeking an Enterprise Readiness Specialist to lead change management initiatives. This role involves supporting the successful adoption of new technologies, workflows, and operational processes across the organization. The specialist will partner with radiologists, operations teams, and other stakeholders to assess impacts, drive engagement, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing change communications, playbooks, process documentation, and educational resources. The role also involves utilizing adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness and improve change strategies. Additionally, the specialist will support large-scale organizational initiatives by coordinating implementations, managing stakeholder readiness, and traveling up to 20-25% as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and drive organizational adoption
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools

Nice To Haves

  • Change Management and/or PMP certification preferred
  • Knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations preferred

Responsibilities
