Position Overview: The Enterprise Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the Bank’s strategic, operational, and client-experience goals. This role manages projects from concept through implementation with a strong focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, technology enablement, and client impact. The Enterprise Project Manager must be a clear, concise, and effective communicator, capable of translating complex information into simple, actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or related experience is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in enterprise projects and/or project management teams
  • 2-4 years experience with project tools (ex: Monday.com, MS project, Project Place, PPM Prof) and process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart)
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience with analytical thinking and initiative, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of management and stakeholder groups within an organization.
  • 1-3 Experience managing technology-related projects and partnering with IT and digital teams.
  • 1-3 years of experience with process engineering at an enterprise scope and scale, which has lead to enterprise wide standardized processes and tools.
  • 1-4 years experience with project (agile, waterfall) and change management methodologies
  • MS Office experience required

  • PowerBi experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, managing a portfolio of projects including system implementations, vendor integrations, experience enhancements, and process/workflow improvements.
  • Define and manage project plans and associated documentation and materials.
  • Provide timely, concise, and clear communication on project status, risks, decisions, and impacts.
  • Build strong partnerships with business units, technology teams, operations, and vendors to support alignment and quick issue resolution.
  • Leverage enterprise tools including Planview ProjectPlace, PPM Pro, Sharepoint, and Power BI.
  • Apply PMO standards, templates, and methodologies to support consistent, audit-ready documentation.
  • Provide accurate reporting on project health, risks, and dependencies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and share best practices.
  • Process Improvement & Client Experience Analyze and refine processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Embed client-experience principles into project planning, design, testing, and implementation.
  • Use insights and data to support continuous enhancement of client and employee experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and simplification to improve outcomes.
  • Participate in enhancing PMO processes, standards, and tools.
