The Enterprise Project Manager actively facilitates client engagements, manages client deliverables to completion and focuses on supporting client success in the client engagements in which they are assigned. This position initiates, plans, implements and manages projects which are a part of a larger ongoing engagement that enables clients to maximize the value of their Salesforce investment. The Enterprise PM plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service while overseeing all phases of the engagement to ensure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met. Clients look to the Enterprise PM to ensure quality of deliverables across various ListEngage functions. This position is the face of ListEngage to our clients and an integral part of the Services Delivery team.
