The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking an Enterprise Program Administrator to join their Environmental Health and Protection Programs. The position reports directly to the Grants, Contracts, and Finance Liaison and works closely with the Air Pollution Control Division's Administrative Services Program, which provides contracting services for the Enterprise Boards. The role involves contract development, budget analysis, and monitoring of the unit's programs, providing support in enterprise budgeting, accounting, issuing enterprise contracts, and other financial services. The position also requires engagement with various internal and external stakeholders regarding enterprise programs, utilizing professional judgment to evaluate program needs against funding levels, and understanding program operations.
