About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead a multi-product portfolio focused on enhancing the Candidate and Client experiences within a high-impact enterprise platform. The Enterprise Product Manager will own the strategy, execution, and measurable improvements across existing and new workflows, influencing product design, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams, driving initiatives that reduce friction, increase adoption, and deliver AI-driven experiences. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to elevate product performance. The role also includes mentoring Product Owners, shaping discovery practices, and establishing strong operating rhythms across teams. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work impacts enterprise customers and millions of candidates nationwide.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of Product Management experience with increasing scope and complexity.
  • Proven track record leading multi-product or multi-pod portfolios.
  • Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners, including coaching and performance development.
  • Expertise in end-to-end customer experience design, particularly in portal and dashboard-heavy products.
  • Strong skills in journey mapping, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery management.
  • Data fluency with the ability to define metrics, analyze funnel performance, and drive outcomes via experimentation.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication skills.
  • High customer empathy and ability to manage complex workflows with system-level thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear multi-year vision for enterprise Candidate and Client experiences aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive improvements to workflows and self-serve portals, focusing on adoption, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of AI-driven experiences within enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, and Operations to address customer needs, prevent friction, and optimize resolution paths.
  • Establish a culture of hypothesis-driven discovery, experimentation, and data-informed prioritization.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on key initiatives to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ensure predictable and measurable product delivery, raising execution standards across product teams.
  • Lead and develop Product Owners, fostering skills in discovery, roadmap planning, and customer empathy.
