About The Position

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Business Architecture.
• Expertise in data solutions, enterprise data flows, data integration, or data architecture.
• Proven ability in cloud modernization with AWS.
• Background supporting Healthcare or PBM operations, including Trade Rebates and Pharmacy Networks.
• Strong capability in developing current-state and future-state technology roadmaps.
• Proficient in creating architecture diagrams and technical artifacts.
• Experience with large-scale business transformations and data modernization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
• Familiarity with GCP environments.
• Expertise in vendor integration and new client implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine portfolio capability strategies aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
• Define and communicate architectural vision, standards, and roadmaps using executive presentations and clear documentation.
• Conduct capability maturity and IT service health assessments to inform business and IT leaders of current and target states.
• Align IT strategy and planning with company business objectives, directly shaping strategic investment plans.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of architecture blueprints, ensuring consistent execution across projects.
• Establish policies, standards, and guidelines for technology selection, development, and implementation.
• Promote shared technology capabilities to maximize business agility and reduce costs.
• Champion best practices for application and integration frameworks, tools, and standards.
• Lead research, proofs of concept, and prototyping for new technologies and client integrations.
• Serve as a communication bridge between IT workgroups and business stakeholders on technical initiatives and major changes.
