Enterprise Platform Engineer – AI Enablement
About The Position
This role involves operating and enhancing cloud platform services, including release management, observability, monitoring, and configuration management. The engineer will onboard AI use cases into the ecosystem, ensuring consistent consumption of AI capabilities across the organization. Key objectives include creating reusable platform capabilities to support multiple stakeholder organizations, simplifying the onboarding of new AI and data-driven solutions, improving operational resilience through monitoring, observability, and automation, reducing technology duplication via centralized platform services, and enabling scalable, governed consumption of enterprise data through AI services.
Requirements
- Experience in cloud-native development and platform engineering.
- Experience in Python, Java, and at least one additional language (e.g., Golang, Rust, JavaScript).
- Skilled in systems thinking and platform operations.
- Experience implementing GenAI-enabled solutions.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and ability to work in complex environments.
- Background in regulated industries or cybersecurity domains.
- Experience with enterprise AI adoption and modernization programs.
- Familiarity with observability frameworks, monitoring tools, and automation practices.
- Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.
