Performance Measurement & Business Analysis (PMBA) is responsible for aligning enterprise-wide metrics, analysis, reporting and performance measurement tools to drive AARP's strategic and operating performance. PMBA includes a Business Optimization team that provides consulting and advisory services to projects and initiatives where there is an enterprise-wide impact, unknown root cause and/or complex stakeholder interactions. Are you a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated student interested in supporting the analysis of strategic plans and enterprise measures? The Enterprise Performance Measurement team is looking for you! Our team focuses on evaluating strategic initiatives across the organization and measuring their impact to drive success. We'll challenge you to dive into data, conduct insightful analysis, and contribute to the development dashboards to tell the story.
