Enterprise Payments Operations Manager
About The Position
This position is available within the Huntington Corporate Office footprint As an Enterprise Payment Operations Manager you will navigate challenging requests and perform extensive research for premium customers to help ensure the best customer experience. You will collaborate very closely with internal operations partners, including ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement and TMIO teams. An important aspect of this role will be the support provided to enhance cross-segment research as it relates to Payment Operations supported products, including Commercial Operations, Treasury Management, CRB Operations, and Enterprise Payments. This position is available within the Huntington Corporate Office footprint
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience handling urgent customer matters
Nice To Haves
- Wire and ACH experience, navigating multiple systems, collaborating with leaders across different segments.
Responsibilities
- Establishes strategic plans that are in support of corporate goals and objectives.
- Implements new policies and procedures to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.
- Resolves issues that are strategic, or compliance related.
- Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology.
- Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management.
- Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance.
- Establishes quality of service level for the area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
