The Office of Information Services (OIS) works to support the business functions and the delivery of health, human, and employment services through the application of information technology. The Enterprise Modernization Manager serves as a strategic advisor and technical leader within the Innovative Services and Solutions pillar of OIS. This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture team, which guides the agency’s long‑range technology direction and ensures that solutions are aligned with business goals, modernization priorities, and emerging capabilities. Working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, the Enterprise Modernization Manager partners closely with executives, administrators, technical specialists, and business leaders to evaluate new technologies, define enterprise standards, and shape agency‑wide strategies, especially in the areas of data, analytics, AI/ML, and automation (including RPA). The team’s work plays a central role in advancing ODJFS’s ability to leverage intelligent automation, improve service delivery, and support data‑driven decision‑making across all program areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems at scale, influencing enterprise technology direction, and helping the organization responsibly adopt innovative technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automated digital workflows.
