Leave our customers and associates “better than where we found them.” About the Role: The Conversion intern will be part of a team responsible for migrating legacy data to a modern cloud-based system. This position will support a transformational data conversion initiative aimed at supporting the implementation of a policy administration system.  The conversion intern will contribute to the overall transition to a modernized system that improves operational efficiency and enhances support for our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Data Analysis
  • Experience with MS office tools or other data assessment software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. 
  • Attention to detail is key to ensure accurate data input and reconciliation among our systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and populate data requirements to support conversion
  • Data mapping reconciliation between our systems 
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues 
  • Own the assessment of a specific set of customer policies to determine the best approach for data migration. Provide options and recommendations. 
  • Transform data into easy to understand visuals
