About The Position

As a Lead Program Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing project and program management excellence across the enterprise. This position supports the implementation of standardized frameworks, capability development, and governance practices that align with corporate objectives. You will collaborate closely with Business Unit PMOs to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or other relevant.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business, Project Management, Operations, Strategic Quality management or a field related to the knowledge and abilities.
  • Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across the enterprise to drive change.
  • Proven ability in leading cross functionally through influence.
  • Subject matter expert in Program management with demonstrated impact in managing complex, enterprise programs.
  • Solid understanding of functional systems and data management.
  • Proven ability in delivering insights from data in a synthesized and actionable way.
  • Excellent communication skills and delivering presentations for multiple audiences.
  • Creative, innovative, and driven to explore new ways to address challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D PMOs to apply enterprise project delivery frameworks and performance standards.
  • Assist in embedding consistent, scalable practices across the organization and provide hands-on support for priority programs.
  • Implement structured change management frameworks to enhance governance, transparency, and accountability.
  • Establish clear standards for resource planning and performance measurement.
  • Facilitate enterprise-wide adoption of standardized tools within a disciplined governance model, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and achieving demonstrable gains in efficiency and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials, learning modules, workshops, and best practice libraries as part of the PM Transformation and PM Academy initiatives.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional learning to strengthen project management capabilities.
  • Support community initiatives, such as PM Summit, PM Spotlight series, GTC EPMO Kiosk, that foster collaboration and build a high-performing project management network across the enterprise.
  • Maintain regular communication with BU PMOs and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and progress for critical initiatives.
  • Utilize influential leadership skills to lead focused discussions and resolve complex problems.
  • Using your knowledge, communication skills and credibility to offer new perspectives to the team.
