This intern will report to the Enterprise Project Management Team. In this role, you will partner with various project management team members gaining exposure to the world of project management. You will also be responsible for your very own project to apply various project management concepts for maximum exposure. Your objective will be to research current state processes, research best practices, interview stakeholders, conduct gap analysis, draft recommendation with supporting evidence, and present recommendations that are ready for buy-in on best choice. Preferred degree and skillset include a degree in Business or Information Technology. Skillset will consist of Requirement Elicitation, Stakeholder Interviewing, Process Mapping & Workflow Design, Analytical & Prioritization, Communication & Presentation Information Technology, Intellectual Curiosity, Adaptability, Confidence without an ego, and professional skepticism. Nice to Have: Copilot (or comparable), Change Management, and Decision Frameworks. About You: You’re an undergraduate student aiming to graduate in spring 2026/2027 or a recent graduate within the last year. Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), fully onsite, for 10 weeks starting in June. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
