Find your purpose as the Manager of Enterprise Project Management with CentraCare! This new position is responsible for executing the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) strategy and ensuring the department's operational success. This role ensures effective departmental oversight, empowers team performance, and manages day-to-day operations aimed to successfully deliver enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that shape the future of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-impact projects that advance enterprise-wide strategic, operational, and transformational goals. As a people leader, this position will inspire, guide, and coach a team of project management professionals, ensuring excellence in project execution and adherence to best practices and quality standards. This position will provide project insights, allocate resources effectively, and champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will help to enable the organization in delivering on our most critical priorities and achieve measurable outcomes. Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday - Friday 8a-5p Hybrid; at a minimum 3 days a week at St. Cloud Hospital Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $134,351.34 per year and increases with experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited 4-year college or university. 5 years project/program management experience required. 1 year people management/leadership experience required. Proven success managing enterprise-level, strategic, complex projects to successful completion. PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification within 3 years required. Experience in the healthcare industry and/or a large, complex organization preferred. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong understanding of project management operations, governance, methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid), and project lifecycles required. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to enhance cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills to facilitate clarity and drive accountability. Ability to track performance, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and incorporate continuous process improvements based on learnings. Ability to effectively manage change in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. Previous experience with various project management tools and technologies.
