About The Position

Trystar is seeking an Enterprise Integration Architect to design, govern, and evolve the organization's enterprise integration landscape. This role ensures seamless communication between business applications, data platforms, AI solutions, and external systems through scalable, secure, and maintainable integration patterns. The architect will serve as the technical leader for enterprise integrations, defining standards, reference architectures, and implementation approaches to support digital transformation and reliable data exchange across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, software architecture, or related technical roles.
  • 3+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale integration architectures.
  • Deep experience with API design, REST services, messaging technologies, and system integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, manufacturing, and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with middleware and integration technologies such as Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and data governance principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP, Salesforce, Ariba, ADP, or comparable enterprise systems.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices.
  • Familiarity with AI platform integrations, Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, and MCP-based architectures.
  • Azure Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience leading external consultants and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the enterprise integration roadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Establish integration architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new integration technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Ensure enterprise systems operate as a connected ecosystem supporting the "One Company" vision.
  • Design end-to-end integration architectures for ERP, CRM, HR, supply chain, manufacturing, customer, and data platforms.
  • Create reusable integration patterns, canonical data models, and reference architectures.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for complex integration initiatives.
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability of integration solutions.
  • Own the enterprise middleware and integration platform strategy.
  • Define standards for APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging services, and data integration.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational support models.
  • Support platform modernization and cloud integration initiatives.
  • Ensure integrations comply with cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Establish architecture review processes and integration design standards.
  • Define data ownership, system boundaries, and integration lifecycle practices.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and estimation activities.
  • Support project teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
  • Mentor developers, engineers, and technical leads in integration best practices.
  • Define integration approaches for AI services, agents, MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
  • Enable secure enterprise connectivity between AI solutions and core business systems.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies that improve interoperability and automation.
