About The Position

An Enterprise Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the end-user business, collaborating with multiple outside sellers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail in documentation, and proactive engagement with both internal teams and end-users to ensure successful opportunity preparation and closure.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble proposals and quotes for active opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation (One Plan)
  • Support outside sellers with sales account activities
  • Engage digitally with clients and internal teams
  • Identify and address customer needs through consultative support
  • Account and decision maker mapping
  • Solution-oriented problem solving
  • CRM Data accuracy and management
  • Proposal development and documentation
  • Digital engagement and communication
