As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager within PNC's SRC First Response - Infrastructure Shared Technologies organization, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead and manage the second-shift operations team, providing oversight and direction during off-hours incidents, production issues, and change implementations. Support and maintain a diverse technology stack, including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), and Ansible. Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased automation, efficiency, and service reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and enhancing platform stability through automation. Additional non-shift hours may be required to support escalated incidents requiring management presence. Requirements
- Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the second-shift operations team, providing oversight and direction during off-hours incidents, production issues, and change implementations.
- Support and maintain a diverse technology stack, including WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ, Kafka, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, IBM UrbanCode Deploy (uDeploy), and Ansible.
- Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased automation, efficiency, and service reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and enhancing platform stability through automation.
- Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
- Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
- Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities.
- Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
- Contributes to stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle.
- May communicate with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
- Implements best practices for technology architecture and management.
- Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.
