As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager within PNC's Voice Engineering organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities include: · Serves as the People Manager for the Enterprise Voice Engineering team, responsible for day-to-day leadership, staffing, performance management, and overall team delivery across voice platforms and services · Owns the end-to-end engineering and operational lifecycle for enterprise voice infrastructure, including architecture alignment, platform stability, and production support for critical communications systems · Acts as the technical and functional leader for voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, Teams Voice, CUCM, Genesys, Avaya), ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and resiliency requirements · Leads strategic initiatives and transformation efforts, including cloud migration, legacy decommissioning, and M&A integration activities impacting voice platforms · Partners across Engineering, Network, Security, Contact Center, and business stakeholders while managing key vendor relationships to ensure aligned delivery and continuous improvement PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

  • University / college degree
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience
  • Bachelors degree

Nice To Haves

  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
  • Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
  • Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities.
  • Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
  • Contributes to stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle.
  • May communicate with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
  • Implements best practices for technology architecture and management.
  • Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.
