The Public Sector Customer Success team at Samsara advises and guides large customers, ensuring product adoption and continuous business value. This role is part of the Implementation team, focusing on helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets. The consultant will own the customer relationship from sales handover through successful deployment, working with various government organizations including K12 schools, departments of transportation, solid waste, public works, and fire departments. The role involves building customer relationships, facilitating system learning, and ensuring overall customer success. This position is cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. It requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer businesses, and comfort in explaining technology to both executives and day-to-day users. The role requires 10-20% travel within the US and is open to candidates residing in the US, with specific state and metro area exclusions.
