Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. HR Tech Modernization: Integration and automation of HR workflows using enterprise software solutions, including ServiceNow and SAP NS2 SuccessFactors. Consultative expertise in determining the most appropriate data system architecture, such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data lake houses. Technical understanding of migrating data from the current data system architecture to the upgraded data system architecture. Familiarity with FEDRAMP compliant data architecture platform providers such as Databricks and Snowflake is desired.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of architecture experience supporting enterprise systems, HR technology, or federal modernization efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience with platform integration, target-state architecture, and regulated technical environments required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field required; enterprise architecture or platform certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of architecture experience supporting enterprise systems, HR technology, or federal modernization efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience with platform integration, target-state architecture, and regulated technical environments required.
  • Enterprise architecture, HR tech modernization, integration strategy, cloud/data architecture, technical road mapping, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, architecture governance
  • Strategic thinking, systems thinking, technical leadership, communication, judgment, collaboration
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones.
