About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Global Process Owner – Record to Report (R2R) for an enterprise finance transformation leadership opportunity. This role involves leading enterprise-wide Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation across a large multi-entity organization. The leader will partner with executive leadership, Finance, Shared Services, and IT to standardize financial operations, drive Oracle ERP transformation, governance, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include establishing enterprise KPIs, controls, dashboards, and long-term finance transformation strategies, as well as supporting acquisitions through process harmonization and integration planning. This is a full-time leadership position within an enterprise healthcare organization, offering executive-level strategic leadership in a multi-entity finance environment focused on large-scale transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business, Or Related Field REQUIRED
- 12+ Years Progressive Finance, Accounting, Or Shared Services Leadership Experience REQUIRED
- Deep Record-to-Report (R2R) Expertise REQUIRED
- Oracle ERP Experience REQUIRED
- Shared Services Or Global Business Services Experience REQUIRED
- Experience Leading Enterprise Finance Transformation REQUIRED

- Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Or Kaizen Certification Preferred
- Healthcare Industry Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Record-to-Report (R2R) transformation across a large multi-entity organization
- Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Shared Services, and IT to standardize financial operations
- Drive Oracle ERP transformation, governance, automation, and process improvement initiatives
- Establish enterprise KPIs, controls, dashboards, and long-term finance transformation strategies
- Support acquisitions through process harmonization and integration planning
- Own the end-to-end Record-to-Report process
- Lead financial close transformation initiatives
- Standardize General Ledger, reconciliations, reporting, and governance processes
- Drive Oracle ERP optimization and enterprise automation
- Partner with executive stakeholders to execute long-term transformation roadmaps
- Improve operational performance, controls, and compliance across the enterprise
