About The Position

We’re looking for someone to lead and improve how infrastructure work gets prioritized and approved across IT teams. This person will manage the intake process, run governance meetings, and ensure the right infrastructure initiatives move forward based on business needs and capacity.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT demand management, PMO, or governance (infrastructure-focused)
• Experience running intake or stage-gate processes
• Strong stakeholder management (including leadership)
• Experience working with KPIs/metrics and reporting
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Clarity, Apptio, or Jira

• No direct reports—this is a highly cross-functional, influence-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake for infrastructure demand (network, systems, cloud, etc.)
• Run governance/stage-gate meetings and drive decisions
• Ensure requests meet standards and are properly prioritized
• Track pipeline health (cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks)
• Handle escalations and document decisions
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership
• Partner with business, finance, and infrastructure teams
• Improve processes and enforce governance standards
