About The Position

The Analytics, Modeling & Insights (AMI) organization is helping shape the future of the Enterprise by transforming trusted data and objective insights into bold ideas, meaningful action, and measurable impact. Through strategic transformation, thoughtful experimentation, and next-level innovation, we are building the capabilities that will power what’s next. Our vision is to power the Bank’s responsible growth with insight, foresight and clarity by demonstrating core principles that drive who we are and what we do: Objective: Maintain an unbiased lens to inform sound and smart decisions grounded in data. Innovative: Embrace emerging technologies and methods to continuously amplify our capabilities. Strategic: Apply enterprise-wide data and deep expertise to anticipate needs and guide sustainable, long-term decisions. Collaborative: Partner across disciplines to deliver insights aligned with stakeholder needs. Effective Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action. Efficient: Optimize tools and processes for timely, consistent, scalable impact. Through the Enterprise Analytics Transformation program, AMI is establishing a governed enterprise data product operating model that delivers trusted, reusable, and semantically consistent data to accelerate analytics, business intelligence, and AI across the organization. By aligning common standards for data products and context layer (and semantics) with unified data access, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled tools, this program will accelerate innovation, improve the speed and confidence of insights, simplify the data ecosystem, and reduce redundant data assets and legacy data marts. Together, these capabilities will strengthen risk management, fuel Responsible Growth, and enhance our competitive position.
