About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data components of projects and managing service to Health Tech and divisional analytic teams (DAT). The role requires data and analytics experience, project leadership, and familiarity with requirements management, system architecture, big data and analytical technologies, data processing environments, and Agile project management. The position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of data and analytics experience, or technical certification and/or college courses and 9 years of data and analytics experience, or 11 years of data and analytics experience.
• 2 years of experience leading projects.
• Experience in requirements management and/or prototyping.
• Knowledge of system architecture.
• Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies.
• Knowledge of data processing environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Business acumen.
• Knowledge of SDLC (systems development life cycle), iterative, Agile, and Scrum development.
• Oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
